Ibitekerezo bitanu bitari ukuri abantu bafite ku buzima bwo mu mutwe

Iyo mitekerereze ntigira ingaruka gusa ku bakeneye gufashwa mu buryo runaka, ahubwo inatuma abantu bakomeza kwizerera mu binyoma kandi bidakwiye.

Tugiye kugaruka ku bitekerezo bitanu bitari ukuri abantu bafite ku bijyanye n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.

Ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ni ikimenyetso cy’intege nke

Ibaze kubwira umuntu wavunitse ukuguru ngo ‘Haguruka ugende!’ Biratangaje ndabeshya? Ibi rero ni nka kwa kundi abantu babwira abandi bari guca mu bihe bikomeye bari guhura n’ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ngo ‘bareke imiteto!’

Iyi ni imitekerereze iba igambiriye kugaragaza ko ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ari ikimenyetso cy’imbaraga nke z’umuntu, bikagaragaza ko abari kubinyuramo baba badafite ubushobozi bwo guhangana n’ibibazo bafite.

Ubishatse wabyikuramo

Iyi mitekerereze nkene ni nko kubwira umuntu urwaye asthma ngo ahumeke neza cyangwa kubwira umuntu urwaye diabetes, ngo abishatse yashyira ku rugero rushyitse isukari mu maraso ye.

Iyi mitekerereze ituma abantu bafite ibibazo byo mu mutwe bahabwa agaciro gake kandi igatuma ibyo bahura na byo byirengagizwa.

Iyo umuntu afite ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe kugira ngo akire bisaba ko avurwa n’abaganga babizobereyemo, agashyigikirwa kandi akabona igihe gihagije cyo kubinyuramo.
