Byinshi ushobora kuba utazi ku buzima bwo mu mutwe

Ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe bishobora kwibasira buri wese hatitawe ku uwo ari we, imyaka, inkomoko, ubushobozi cyangwa uburyo bw’imibereho. Tugiye kugaruka ku bintu ushobora kuba utazi ku buzima bwo mu mutwe.

Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku Buzima (OMS) rigaragaza ko ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ari “ukugira ubuzima bwiza aho umuntu amenya ubushobozi bwe.”

Burnout irenze kuba ikibazo cy’umutima gusa

Mu 2019 OMS yasobanuye Burnout nk’indwara umuntu agira bitewe no gukora by’umurengera mu kazi ke. Yemeje burnout nka kimwe mu bimenyetso byitera umuhangayiko uhoraho mu kazi.

Imbuga nkoranyambaga zishobora guteza ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe

N’ubwo Isi ya none idusaba guhora ku ikoranabuhanga mu kumenya aho igeze, ni na ko kurimenyera cyane byongera ibyago byo guhora wumva uri wenyine ukagera aho ukisanga utakivugana n’abantu akaba ari naho bitangirira gutangira kugira ibibazo byo mu mutwe.

Imbuga nkoranyambaga zishobora gutuma umuntu arushaho kuba mu bwigunge aho kumufasha mu guhuza n’abandi. Ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ko mu bakoresha imbuga nkoranyambaga 10% bavuga ko bahagirira ibihe bibi mu gihe abangana na 13% bagaragaza ko bibatera ubwigunge.
