Ikinyobwa cyahinduye ubuzima bwanjye

Buri gitondo mu gihe cy’ukwezi, kuramukira ku cyo kunywa kigizwe n’indimu, tangawizi, ubuki na turmeric, byahinduye ubuzima bwanjye ari nabyo nenda kubavira imuzi muri iyi nkuru, ariko mbere na mbere reka mbanze mpere ku cyanteye kuyoboka iyo migirire.
