Yaba mu buzima bwabo cyangwa hashingiwe ku mibereho n’imiterere y’umubiri, abagore bahura n’ibihe bibakomerera mu buzima ku buryo bigoye kubicika.
Buri wese wageze ku Isi agira imitwaro ye yihariye n’inzira anyuramo akuza igihagararo n’imitekerereze bye, ariko waba umukire cyangwa umukene, ibihe bikurikira ntaho wabicikira:
1. Ubwangavu n’ibihe by’imihango
Imihango ni ibihe bigora abakobwa cyane cyane kubihuza n’ubwangavu. Umukobwa kwiyumvisha ko azamara ubuzima bwe bwose buri kwezi ajya mu mihango biragoye cyane cyane kuri bamwe izahaza mu minsi ya mbere.
Abakobwa benshi bakura badasobanukiwe impamvu z’imihango, bigatuma bagira isoni cyangwa ubwoba.
Mu bihugu byinshi, abakobwa ntibabona ibikoresho bihagije byo gukoresha igihe bari mu mihango, bigatuma bamwe bava mu mashuri cyangwa bagatinya kujya mu ruhame.
Ubwangavu kandi bubatera guhura n’impinduka z’umubiri, gusobanukirwa ibibabaho bikagorana, utabonye indero hakiri kare akangirika mu buryo butandukanye.
2. Gutinda gusama cyangwa kuba ingumba

3. Ingaruka z’ihohoterwa rishingiye ku gitsina
Ihohoterwa rishingiye ku gitsina ni ikibazo gikomeye mu Rwanda. Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko 37% by’abakobwa n’abagore bakiri bato mu Rwanda bangirijwe uburenganzira, abenshi babura ubutabera no kwitwabwaho.
4. Guhuza inshingano z’akazi n’imibereho
Abagore ni abanyembaraga, gusa bagahura n’ibizazane byinshi ndetse rimwe na rimwe bibarusha imbaraga.
Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko abagore ibihumbi 900 bo mu Bwongereza basiga akazi kubera ibibazo bijyanye n’uburumbuke, bigateza kudindira k’ubukungu.
5. Imyaka yo gucura
